- If wormwood is hard to find or too bitter for your skin, lean on mugwort alone, or add a little eyebright or a star of anise for a gentler, sweeter vision.
- No bathtub? Steep the herbs in a bowl of warm water and bathe only your face and hands, holding the stone to your brow for the final stillness.
