Cleansing baths usually consist of very few ingredients such as tincture of leaves or flowers of two (or three) plants, natural or artificial coloring and sometimes salt. The herbs are never recommended for cooking – simply pour hot water and leave the herbs for 15-20 minutes inside. However, plant roots and beans should be boiled in water for 30 minutes. The flowers are rubbed on the hands and are then dipped in cold water.
