- A small piece of pink quartz, preferably in the shape of a heart.
Before going to sleep, take the stone in your hand. Imagine that you are the most beautiful, the most charming and attractive woman. There’s no need to be modest. Imagine the person that you want to love, and that person to love you (don’t think about anyone in particular, as it might disappoint you and be a burden later on). Think in detail about the ideal love for you, and this person will come to your life faster than you expect. Now that the stone has been warmed by your body’s temperature, take the quartz and put it under your pillow. The next day take the stone with you, touch it once in a while and remember what a wonderful person you are.
