The Path Spread shows which options you have in order to achieve a specific goal, an evaluation of your past actions and how you should act (and if needed what errors to correct) in the future.
Meaning of each position
1 – Heart of the matter. What you can achieve.
The left column shows what you have done so far:
2 – Deliberate motivation and rational behavior. The way you see the whole thing and how you understand it.
3 – Unconscious motivation and emotional behavior. Desires, aspirations, hopes and fears. What you feel or felt.
4 – The impression of your actions, how are you perceived by others.
The right column provides advices for the future – what to do in order to achieve the goal.
The values of these positions are similar to the values of cards in positions 2, 3, 4:
7 – Deliberate motivation. How you should be guided.
6 – Unconscious motivation. An advice on which feelings you can and must free.
5 – What kind of impression you must make on others and what you should show them.
First evaluate the perspectives described in the position of the first card. Does it promise a successful start? If not, then either your goal is unattainable or it is a bad timing for it. If it’s bad timing, you can wait a little and then ask the same question again.
If the goal is attainable, follow the cards at all levels one by one and make sure that your actions are right and that there is no need to review or improve anything. Compare between the pairs 2 and 7, 3 and 6, 4 and 5. Pay attention to the card in position 6, it often has a particular importance indicating what you have to do in order to achieve your goals.
